Tahir helped us buy our first house in Edmonton last summer. He understood our needs quickly and compiled a list of properties that met our needs. He showed us all those properties and was very patient with us. He was always punctual and well prepared with all the information on the properties that we visited. I really admire his no-pressure approach which is a rarity in today's real estate market where most realtors would rush you into making a quick deal to get their commission. After we selected a property we witnessed his excellent negotiation skills, he worked around the clock negotiating on our behalf and got us much better deal than we were expecting. I have known Tahir Masud since 2012 when I was looking to buy a house in Edmonton. He spent a considerable amount of time getting to know my particular interests and needs to find the right neighbourhood and house. During this time I was living in another town and Tahir would put his best effort into showing my family and I a number of houses each visit to make the trips as worthwhile as possible.
